About The Position
Clear Lake Bank & Trust Company is hiring an experienced Commercial & Ag Lender in our Clear Lake, Iowa market. The ideal candidate is community-focused with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Candidates must possess a high level of personal accountability, strong credit knowledge and analytical skills, and previous lending experience. This is an opportunity to join the successful Business Banking Team of a top performing organization. Clear Lake Bank & Trust Company is an independent community bank in Clear Lake, Iowa with an office in Garner, Iowa and two offices in Mason City, Iowa. Our Business Banking Department is regarded as knowledgeable, resourceful and professional throughout the North Iowa area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related area
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in a commercial and agricultural lending role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are required
- Proficient in PC usage and standard office applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook)
Nice To Haves
- Previous credit analyst experience preferred
