This position participates in a 6-18 month training program designed to develop a high-performing sales team member. The primary focus of the program is sales training, with a particular emphasis on Ag Lending. The incumbent follows a comprehensive syllabus that includes modules on Sales, Crop Insurance, Credit, Appraisal, and Marketing. Upon successful completion of the program, the incumbent is well prepared to assume a sales position in Ag Lending.
