About The Position

Serenity Healthcare is a rapidly expanding multi-site specialty medical provider with over 1,000 employees and 40+ clinics nationwide. We specialize in advanced medical interventions such as TMS and IV ketamine, focusing on a high-trust, education-led approach to patient care. We are seeking experienced operators to help scale our leadership and operations as we continue our rapid growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a VP-level or higher multi-unit, multi-state operations role.
  • Prior scope of at least 500 employees and 20+ locations under direct ownership.
  • Track record of measurably improving a multi-site operation (faster, leaner, more consistent, more profitable).
  • Comfortable holding a high bar and holding people accountable; not conflict-averse.
  • Metrics-obsessed; runs business off a scorecard and expects leaders to do the same.
  • Strong recruiter of talent.
  • Comfortable with a consultative sales motion and coaching frontline teams to execute one.
  • Willing to travel ~50%.
  • Willing to work fully in-office in Atlanta or Phoenix.

Responsibilities

  • Own the performance of the national clinic footprint.
  • Lead a team of Regional Directors.
  • Accountable for the operational growth and performance of every clinic in the network.
  • Tighten, scale, and raise the bar across every region.
  • Drive patient retention, TMS conversion, clinic-level staffing health, and provider satisfaction.
  • Report directly to the COO and partner with the executive team on growth strategy, new market entry, and operational standards.
  • Manage standards and accountability for consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and playbooks.
  • Coach clinic teams on a consultative, education-first approach to convert appointments to treatment.
  • Oversee KPI ownership across patient retention, TMS conversion rate, clinic staffing health and retention, and provider satisfaction and retention.
  • Focus on talent density by recruiting, developing, and retaining top-tier operators.
  • Partner with the growth team to bring new sites to performance benchmarks on an accelerated timeline.
