About The Position

Serenity Healthcare is a rapidly expanding multi-site specialty medical platform with over a decade of operation, 1,000+ employees, and more than 40 clinics across multiple states, experiencing 100% year-over-year growth without external investment. We specialize in advanced in-office medical interventions such as TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation), IV ketamine, and medication management, focusing on a high-trust, education-led approach for patients seeking solutions when other treatments have failed. We are in a phase of rapid scaling, seeking experienced operators to build a leadership team capable of supporting future growth. The VP of Clinic Operations will be responsible for the performance of our national clinic network. This role involves leading a team of Regional Directors and ensuring the operational growth and performance of all clinics. This is a strategic position focused on enhancing, scaling, and improving the existing operational systems. Key performance indicators will include patient retention, TMS conversion rates, clinic staffing health, and provider satisfaction, with an expectation to drive continuous improvement quarter over quarter while supporting rapid clinic expansion. The VP will report directly to the COO and collaborate with the executive team on growth strategies, new market entry, and operational standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a VP-level or higher multi-unit, multi-state operations role
  • Prior scope of at least 500 employees and 20+ locations under direct ownership
  • A proven track record of measurably improving multi-site operations (e.g., making them faster, leaner, more consistent, more profitable)
  • Comfortable holding a high bar and holding people accountable; not conflict-averse
  • Metrics-obsessed; operates a business using a scorecard and expects leaders to do the same
  • Strong recruiter of talent; people hired follow them
  • Comfortable with a consultative sales motion and coaching frontline teams to execute one
  • Willing to travel approximately 50%
  • Willing to work fully in-office in Atlanta or Phoenix

Responsibilities

  • Performance across 40+ clinics and a growing footprint
  • Managing a team of Regional Directors, each overseeing a portfolio of clinics and supporting clinic-level managers and staff
  • Establishing and enforcing standards and accountability for consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and playbooks across all sites and regions
  • Overseeing the patient education model, coaching clinic teams on a consultative, education-first approach to convert appointments to treatment
  • Driving KPI ownership across patient retention, TMS conversion rate, clinic staffing health and retention, and provider satisfaction and retention
  • Focusing on talent density by recruiting, developing, and retaining top-tier operators at the Regional Director and Clinic Manager levels
  • Partnering with the growth team to accelerate the ramp-up of new clinics to performance benchmarks
