Requirements

• A strong network within the private markets ecosystem and deep knowledge of these sophisticated clients (GPs, LPs, wealth management firms, Turnkey Asset Management Platforms (TAMP) such as Envestnet, software firms and fund admins)
• Fluency in private markets dynamics — fund structures, LP/GP workflows, regulatory environment (SEC, FINRA), and competitive landscape
• Previously built out GTM functions and partnership frameworks at a start up or high growth fintech company

• NYC based candidates preferred; however, we would consider exceptional candidates who are not currently located in NYC

Responsibilities

• Build and own the channel partnership strategy — identifying, prioritizing, and developing relationships with key distribution partners
• Act as a senior solutions engineer for complex partner-led deals; design and deliver demos, proof-of-concepts, and solution proposals tailored to partner channels
• Channel and APIs - create connections so many can leverage our solutions in different ways commercially vs technically, based on needs of individual firms
• Source, negotiate, and structure commercial agreements with channel partners (referral fees, rev share, co-marketing arrangements)
• Cultivate executive-level relationships at partner firms to deepen strategic alignment
• Partner with Product to advocate for features and integrations that unlock or strengthen key channels (API enhancements, data connectors, white-label capabilities)
• Set revenue and AUM targets tied to channel activity and report to C-suite on partnership pipeline health
