This is not a traditional operations leadership role. As Vice President, Central Operations & Strategic Initiatives, you will lead enterprise-wide operational strategy and transformation across our national network of clinics. Sitting at the intersection of operations, workforce strategy, analytics, and innovation, you will partner closely with executive leadership to drive scalable growth, operational consistency, and continuous improvement across the organization. You’ll oversee key operational pillars including labour management, operational excellence, patient experience, operational analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a leader who can balance strategy with execution, someone who can see the bigger picture while also driving meaningful operational outcomes across a complex, multi-site environment. Your work will help answer some of the organization’s most critical operational questions: How do we scale effectively? Where can we improve efficiency? How do we create a more consistent and exceptional patient experience across the network?
