About The Position

The VP Capital Refresh provides strategic leadership for all Data Center locations within a designated market or country. This role ensures seamless service delivery in line with SLAs, regulatory standards, and organizational goals, while driving operational standardization and innovation. The position manages workforce planning, financial performance, and acts as a key escalation point during incidents, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, CTO, DE&C, Finance, and HR. The role is also responsible for customer relationship management, talent development, and direct oversight of significant CAPEX and OPEX budgets, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence and supporting organizational change.
