About The Position

We are seeking a VP / Branch Manager to lead a dynamic retail financial services branch. This role is ideal for a leader with a strong banking or credit union background who is passionate about delivering exceptional client/member service, growing community relationships, and coaching high-performing teams. There is a strong ABM in place to support. Team of nine. This organization offers a collaborative, people-first culture with a strong commitment to professional growth, community involvement, and employee well-being.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of management or leadership experience (financial institution required)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to obtain required industry licensing (e.g., NMLS)
  • Ability to serve as Notary Public and provide signature guarantees
  • Must meet bondability requirements
  • Must be authorized to work without employer sponsorship
  • Certain certifications may require U.S. citizenship or permanent residency per regulatory requirements

  • Build a cohesive, engaged, and high-performing branch team
  • Coach, mentor, and invest in employee growth and development

  • Actively engage in the community to generate new business and deepen relationships
  • Grow branch performance through a service-first, consultative approach
  • Champion the philosophy that service is sales, and sales is service
  • Ensure strong daily operations, compliance, and risk management
  • Partner with regional leadership to execute strategic initiatives
  • Create consistency and accountability across the branch
