VP, Appraisal Reviewer (Prevailing Rate Employee)

About The Position
This position will be responsible for completing appraisal reviews for SitusAMC's institutional consulting engagements. This candidate would provide high level review services, on an as needed basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, accounting, finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 8+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in an AVP level role or external equivalent.
- Commercial appraisal experience
- MS office Suite including outlook, excel, power point and word, argus
Nice To Haves
- Certified general real property appraiser license is a plus
- MAI designation is strongly preferred
- Strong valuation expertise
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage workflow
- Help execute valuation reviews and client consulting engagements through implementation of organizational and technical skills
- Communicate/coordinate with market participants, clients, and co-workers
- Review 3rd party appraisal reports
- Develop reviews, consulting reports and other deliverables
- Resolve non-compliant issues through verbal and written communication with client or other involved parties
- Work independently on projects and also, collaborate ‘face to face’ as a team player
- Other activities as may be assigned by your manager
