What we’re looking for We are looking for an exceptionally well-connected Vice President, Agency Partnerships to own and grow LoopMe’s most important relationships across both holding company and independent agencies. You will be an individual contributor who leads from the front: setting the agency partnership strategy for your portfolio, shaping high‑value commercial frameworks, and unlocking scaled, multi‑market opportunities that drive significant incremental revenue for LoopMe. You will bring a deep understanding of the programmatic and mobile/video advertising landscape, a proven track record of complex deal-making with senior agency stakeholders, and a strong “black book” across investment, strategy, and programmatic teams at both networks and indie shops.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable track record of delivering and growing multi‑million‑dollar revenue through complex, multi‑stakeholder partnerships in digital media, ad tech, or programmatic advertising.
  • Deep expertise in mobile or video advertising and the broader programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, identity, measurement, and data partnerships).
  • Strong strategic selling skills with experience managing long sales cycles, joint business planning, and sophisticated commercial negotiations at both network and independent agencies.
  • Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor: hands‑on with deals and relationships while comfortable engaging executive stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high degree of ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment while tailoring your approach to different agency models and cultures.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for rigorous pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning.
  • Previous experience in mobile, CTV, video, or broader ad tech environments is required; outcomes‑based or measurement-led solution experience is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Own a revenue number tied to agency-sourced and agency-influenced spend across a portfolio that includes major holding company groups and leading independent agencies.
  • Develop and execute a holistic agency partnership strategy that aligns LoopMe’s outcomes-based solutions with the priorities of both global networks (scale, consistency, governance) and independents (speed, flexibility, innovation).
  • Source, structure, and close complex trading agreements, enterprise partnerships, and strategic initiatives that create long-term, scalable value for LoopMe and agency partners.
  • Deepen senior relationships across investment, programmatic, planning, and data/analytics teams within holding companies and independent agencies, acting as a trusted advisor on media, data, and measurement.
  • Lead joint business planning with priority agencies, setting clear objectives, success metrics, and growth plans that unlock incremental budgets, new briefs, and multi-market programs.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, Marketing, and Measurement to build compelling narratives and solution packages tailored to the different needs of holding company networks and indie agencies.
  • Act as the internal voice of the agency ecosystem, feeding back market insights, partner requirements, and competitive intelligence to influence LoopMe’s roadmap and positioning.
  • Represent LoopMe at key industry events, holding company and independent agency summits, QBRs, and thought‑leadership forums, showcasing our differentiated outcomes proposition.
