The Vice President, Acquisition Team Manager plays a critical role in driving Ascent’s strategic growth by leading and scaling a high-performing team of individual contributors responsible for originating new client relationships and actively participating in client acquisition efforts across existing and expansion markets. This role is responsible for managing and developing a high-performing Client Acquisition Team while also serving as a hands-on contributor through direct cold calling and selling of Ascent’s platform. The VP will leverage internal and external data sources to identify, evaluate, and convert prospective clients, working closely with senior leadership and cross-divisional partners to refine Ascent’s value proposition and go-to-market strategy.
