As a Brand Sales Representative, you will act as a consultant and will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchase journey, while delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the Volvo brand.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Eligible to obtain a VSA license.
  • Must be available all days of the week, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong work ethic with a high level of energy and motivation to succeed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi task and follow up consistently.
  • Successful candidates to submit a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales experience preferred; automotive sales is an asset
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner, both in store and through phone and online inquiries.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
  • Present pricing, financing options, and assist in structuring deals in collaboration with management.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent follow up using CRM tools to manage leads and customer relationships.
  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless handover experience.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up to date on OEM features, technology, and market trends.
  • Contribute to team success by maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
