Title: Volvo Receptionist Shift: Part-time - Friday and Saturday, 10 hour shifts Compensation: $16 - $18 per hour Your Role as the Volvo Receptionist As the receptionist you will be the welcoming first impression of the dealership, creating a warm, personalized experience for every customer who walks through the door or calls in. In this role, you’ll serve as the central point of communication; greeting guests, directing them to the appropriate team members, and ensuring each interaction feels attentive and seamless. You’ll support the sales team through appointment coordination and administrative tasks, assist with cashiering, and help maintain an organized, well-stocked environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer dealership group phones
  • Greet and receive prospects and customers
  • Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting and introduce the customer to the salesperson
  • Work cooperatively with the sales team
  • Cashiering duties
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
  • Ordering and Delivering office supplies throughout dealership
  • Use the intercom to communicate with sales teams
