About The Position
South metro automotive dealership is seeking a friendly, outgoing person to join our team! The ideal candidate will possess exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to handle a busy, multi-faceted position that requires organization, common sense and a positive attitude. Must be able to work Saturday 8 am - 5 pm.
Requirements
- Punctuality & good attendance
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls promptly.
- Directs caller to correct department or individual.
- Notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting.
- Data entry and various clerical tasks.
- Collect and enter customer deposits and payments.
- Provide general support to our Sales & Service departments.
