About The Position

River Crossing YMCA is seeking passionate and reliable volunteers to support its team and community. Volunteers may assist with events and community programs, help staff with daily operations, provide direct support to members, and contribute to outreach, fundraising, or administrative tasks. Volunteers receive team support and opportunities to learn and grow while contributing to a nonprofit organization working to strengthen the community.

Volunteers must have completed 6th grade, bring a positive attitude, and be dependable communicators who can work independently and as part of a team. No prior experience is required; training is provided if applicable. Required clearances and training apply to volunteers assisting with YMCA programs and operations. They are not required for people volunteering only at River Crossing YMCA one-day special events, such as the Bucks County 5K or Kids Triathlon; those applicants are asked to email [email protected] after completing the application.

Requirements

• Must have completed 6th grade.

• Ability to pass required clearances.
• Clearances and training are required for volunteers assisting with YMCA programs and operations; they are not required for volunteers participating only in one-day special events.
