This role translates organizational and departmental needs into targeted, data-informed outreach plans and directs all aspects of volunteer recruitment, including inquiry engagement, application workflows, and onboarding optimization. This manager is responsible for developing recruitment strategies, advising internal stakeholders, and building external partnerships. This role ensures recruitment efforts are coordinated, inclusive, and results-driven, while fostering accountability and innovation to support a strong, volunteer-powered organization.
