Requirements
- Two (2) years experience coordinating volunteers
- Volunteer Management certificate
- Grade 12
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Intermediate - Computer skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills
- Leadership skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Coordinates the recruitment, retention, training and recognition of volunteers in the organization.
- Coordinates, plans, implements and maintains various volunteer programs and services to enhance the care of clients/patients/residents.
