Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience in grief or loss counseling (if taking on the Bereavement Coordinator role).
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.

- A college degree in healthcare or human services.
Responsibilities
- Manage, train, and coordinate the volunteer team.
- Lead recruitment sessions to find, educate, and onboard volunteers.
- Ensure volunteers have the necessary tools through training, support, and supervision.
- Track monthly statistics and ensure smooth program operation.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure patients and families receive adequate care and support.
- Conduct community outreach to promote hospice volunteer services.
- Oversee the Bereavement Program, providing grief counseling and support to families and caregivers after a loss.
