Volunteer Assistant Women's Flag Football Coach
About The Position
This is a volunteer position responsible for assisting in the overall operation and coaching of the Women’s Flag Football program in accordance with Guilford College guidelines. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Collegiate-level playing and/or coaching experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of the rules and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel with the team.
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Coach with organizing and conducting practice sessions.
- Support student-athlete skill development on and off the field.
- Assist in recruiting responsibilities.
- Uphold the academic and athletic mission of Guilford College.
- Adhere to all college, conference, and other policies.
