About The Position

The Volleyball Official is a hands-on role responsible for leading athletes and providing expert instruction in volleyball. The official helps deliver the i9 Sports Experience and promote a positive youth sports culture. The role includes leading practices focused on fundamentals, skill development, and fun; teaching core concepts and sportsmanship; and communicating game-day information to players and parents using established platforms.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice sessions focused on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values.
• Use established platforms to communicate game-day information to players and parents.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.
