About The Position

Euro School of Tennis is hiring friendly and reliable Volleyball Coaches to teach beginner-level volleyball to children in Grades K–3 at various elementary schools across the Bay Area. Training, lesson plans, and equipment are provided. This is an in-person, part-time role with a flexible schedule of approximately 2–5 hours per week. Classes take place Monday through Friday between 1:00 and 5:00 PM and last 1–1.5 hours. Compensation is $50–$65 per hour.

The role is suited to people who enjoy volleyball and working with children. Coaches may have opportunities to coach other sports, including tennis, soccer, pickleball, yoga, and dance, and may grow into a Lead Coach role. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

• Must be 19 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Enjoys working with children.
• Reliable, positive, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Able to complete required employment screening and documentation.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Volleyball playing or coaching experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Teach fun and engaging beginner volleyball lessons to children in Grades K–3.
• Manage groups of 8–10 children.
• Set up equipment and take attendance.
• Keep classes safe, active, and enjoyable.
• Communicate with parents and school staff.
