This role is ideal for a Volkswagen Technician who will apply their expert knowledge to diagnose, repair, and maintain Volkswagen vehicles, ensuring top-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Prior experience as a technician is preferred.
Familiarity with automotive shop equipment and tools.
Strong mechanical aptitude and exceptional troubleshooting skills.
Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines consistently.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean drug screening.

Responsibilities

Perform fundamental diagnostic and repair tasks across the entire Volkswagen product line under the guidance of our experienced shop foreman.
Conduct routine maintenance services and comprehensive safety inspections on a diverse range of vehicles to maintain high standards of quality and reliability.
Collaborate effectively with team members while also demonstrating the ability to work independently to maximize repair efficiency and productivity.
Engage positively with a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful demeanor in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment.
Thoroughly and clearly document all repair work and service records to ensure accurate communication and customer satisfaction.
Regularly inspect and service shop equipment, proactively requesting replacements or repairs as needed to maintain operational readiness.
