About The Position

Checkered Flag Automotive Group is looking for a Volkswagen Technician to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA! We offer a generous pay plan with aggressive production tiers, highly trained Service Advisors and back counter Parts people to help you be efficient, a climate-controlled shop, and the opportunity for 60+ hours per week. We also provide a yearly retention bonus paid right before the holidays, 70% customer pay work with a 1.9X warranty to customer pay conversion rate, an average of 2.3 hours per RO, and weekly cash spiffs. Our clean, organized and cataloged special tool room ensures you spend less time looking for a tool and more time turning hours. We also offer paid factory training and a 5-day work week with a day off when working Saturday.

Requirements

2 years of Volkswagen or European car experience preferred
State Inspection License (Or the ability to obtain one)
Must provide and maintain your own tools
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid driver's license with 3 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
Major violations in the last 3 years, such as DUI or Reckless Driving, will disqualify candidates.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic services on Volkswagen vehicles.
Conduct routine maintenance and repair work.
Ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
Utilize special tools and equipment effectively.
Participate in paid factory training.
