About The Position
DMI, LLC is seeking a VoIP Engineer, Mid-Level to join their team. This role involves engineering and integrating voice, video, and collaboration capabilities across IT/OT environments. Responsibilities include lab validation, cutover support, operational testing, transition artifacts, and ORR support, as well as secure/reliable communications engineering, testing, stabilization, O&M handoff, and ORR support.
Requirements
- 3-5 years enterprise VoIP/UC or telecom engineering
- SIP/call routing, dial plans, endpoint provisioning, voice quality fundamentals, troubleshooting across voice/video/collaboration and network/security dependencies
- Strong documentation/runbook discipline
- Must possess or be eligible to obtain and complete a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
