About The Position
Vocational Teacher for the CTE Medical Academy. The position is 7.5 hours per day and is a 10-month contract. The role requires qualifications in a related health occupations field. For the Emergency Medical Responder class, the teacher must additionally be a Registered Nurse, Paramedic, EMT, or Practical Nurse.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher and 2 years of job experience in a related health occupations field; alternatively, a high school diploma and at least 6 years of experience in the Health Occupations Field may qualify for a district certificate.
- For the Emergency Medical Responder class, one of the following is required: Registered Nurse, Paramedic, EMT, or Practical Nurse.
