About The Position
Chestnut Ridge Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated ACT Therapist/Vocational Specialist to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. This unique community-based role combines therapy, case management, crisis intervention, and vocational support services to help adults living with serious and persistent mental illness succeed in their homes, workplaces, and communities. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll work closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and behavioral health professionals to provide comprehensive, person-centered care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a mental health-related field
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the community.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy
- Deliver case management and rehabilitation services
