About The Position

Join the Southwest Network Team as a Rehabilitation Specialist to support members in increasing their employment and independent living skills. You will collaborate with vocational rehabilitation counselors, community rehabilitation program providers, and other stakeholders to help members engage in learning, working, and social activities. Additionally, you will work closely with the clinical team to ensure the implementation of all services within members’ individual service plans.

Requirements

Master's or bachelor's degree with a behavioral health or related field OR Bachelor's degree in a non-related field PLUS one year related experience OR Associate's degree in any field PLUS one year related experience OR High school diploma or equivalency certificate PLUS three years' related experience
Minimum one year experience working with seriously mentally ill (SMI) adults
Experience with vocational, rehabilitation, educational, and social services for SMI adults required
Must maintain current CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certifications (offered through Southwest Network)
Must maintain a valid Arizona driver's license and car insurance
Must be at least 21 years of age.

Work in partnership with a vocational rehabilitation counselor, community rehabilitation program providers, and other parties to help members increase or maintain involvement in learning, working, and social activities.
Work closely with the clinical team to ensure all services in members’ individual service plans are implemented.
