Your Impact as a Moorefield VRS As our boots-on-the-ground representative in Moorefield, your "Mission" involves: Transforming Lives: Guiding clients 1-on-1 toward fulfilling careers and true independence. Championing Success: Providing personalized, end-to-end support—from the first job application to long-term workplace integration. Forging Local Connections: Building a network of Moorefield-based employers who value diverse talent and inclusive workplace cultures. Breaking Barriers: Advocating for reasonable accommodations and assistive technology to ensure a level playing field for every client.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Early Childhood Ed, General Ed, or History & Arts); OR Associate’s Degree with 1 year of relevant experience; OR High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • 3 years of General Education or Tutoring experience.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Asana.
  • Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation with insurance, and ability to pass Federal/State/County background checks and drug screening.
  • First Aid/CPR (required upon employment) and completion of On-Site Relias/Virtual Training.

Responsibilities

  • Identify individual strengths and craft customized employment plans.
  • Provide interview prep, on-the-job coaching, and career advancement strategies.
  • Collaborate with employers to create supportive, inclusive team environments.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and utilize provided tech (Google Suite, Asana) to track client milestones.
