We are seeking a self-motivated Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist to lead our mission on the ground in Martinsburg. You will work directly in the community with Veterans, individuals with ASD/DD, and those facing economic hurdles, ensuring they don't just find a job, but find a place where they belong.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree (any field).
An Associate’s Degree + 1 year of relevant experience.
A High School Diploma/GED + 2 years of relevant life or work experience.
You are a natural communicator who is comfortable pitching to business owners and advocating for others.
You thrive in the community and enjoy a change of scenery every day.
A valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and the ability to pass a background check/drug screen.

Responsibilities

Act as the professional liaison between your clients and local business partners, securing "win-win" employment matches.
Provide "real-time" support during orientations, new hire paperwork, and the first critical weeks of a new role.
Identify and implement assistive technologies and reasonable accommodations to level the playing field.
Help clients build "natural supports" within their new teams to ensure long-term retention and social connection.
Manage your caseload independently using a company-provided tablet and reimbursed travel (full mileage covered).
