About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Vocational Evaluation Supervisor to lead a team responsible for assessing work readiness, vocational skills, and employment potential for individuals participating in a workforce development program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) required
- Experience with vocational assessments, workforce development, or rehabilitation services
- Strong documentation, organizational, and leadership skills
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise Vocational Evaluators and support staff
- Oversee vocational assessments and Individualized Vocational Assessment Plans (IVAPs)
- Review case documentation and ensure compliance with program requirements
- Monitor staff productivity and program outcomes
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and support audit readiness
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support participant success
- Provide coaching, training, and performance management to staff
