Requirements

A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent)
A passion for helping people succeed
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Confidence with IT (for record-keeping & lesson planning)

Plan and deliver fun, interactive sessions that keep learners engaged and motivated.
Mark learner work, provide constructive feedback, and set SMART goals to help them progress.

Be a role model, helping learners overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
Maintain accurate learner progress, attendance, and assessments.
Collaborate with colleagues, employers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless learning experience.
Engage in continuous professional development to keep your skills sharp and relevant.
