Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (Ideally in Early Childhood Education, General Education, or History & Arts) OR Associate’s Degree + 1 year of relevant work experience OR High School Diploma / GED + 2 years of relevant work/life experience.
Minimum of 3 years of general education or tutoring experience.
Demonstrated proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and Asana.
Valid Driver’s License and personal transportation with proper insurance coverage.
Successful completion of a standard drug screen and comprehensive background checks (Federal, State, and County).
First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon employment).
Completion of Relias Training (completed on-site).

Responsibilities

Pair our consumers with local businesses, helping them confidently navigate everything from the first interview to their first promotion.
Educate employers on assistive technology and reasonable accommodations, actively turning "barriers" into "solutions."
Provide 1-on-1, on-site support, teaching vital workplace social skills and helping coworkers become "natural supports" for our clients.
Use tools like Asana and Google Workspace to track progress, document success stories, and collaborate with the Person-Centered Planning (PCP) team.
