Valley Springs Behavioral Health Hospital offers compassionate, high-quality inpatient and outpatient mental health and co-occurring treatment for teens, adults, and seniors. We provide a full-range of evidence-based medical and clinical services in a state-of-the-art healing environment. Programs include inpatient mental health and co-occurring treatment, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP).

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Graduate of a four (4) year college program with a bachelor’s degree in a health related, business or marketing area of concentration, nursing or therapy preferred.
  • Applicable and current clinical license to practice in accordance with the state.
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transportation required.
  • Clinical experience is required.
  • A track record of successful experience in a health care setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with physicians, nursing management, discharge planners, case managers, and social workers.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing education and community outreach initiatives to increase awareness and utilization of rehabilitation services.
  • Supporting program growth, quality improvement, and overall productivity through collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
  • Serving as a resource with knowledge of acute rehabilitation practices.
  • Contributing to program development and patient identification efforts.
