Responsible for booking reservations, selling upgrades and travel protection, collecting on delinquent balances, and providing customer service for owners of Vacation Traveler Packages. As a VOA Customer Service Representative, you will: Interact with trial owners in a mostly outbound and occasional inbound environment. Assist guests in upgrading and buying Vacation Traveler packages. Handles the first interaction with Vacation Traveler Owners attempting to resolve delinquency. Work with the trial owners ensure customer satisfaction and reduce cancellations. Maintains the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) standards and departmental procedures. Consistently meet metrics and goals.
