Manages the service department via work order system. Handles accidents and executes action to prevent reoccurrence. Advises employees on ways to minimize risk. Assures service team follows up with customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Helps define goals for the department and then ensures they are met.
- Assures all company and government safety regulations are met.
- Conducts service department meetings.
- Handles warranty issues as needed.
- May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.
