Join our thriving and growing group of 33 MDs at NJ Retina and 5 MDs at DVRA and enjoy having an established patient and busy practice in your first year. Requirements

• MD/DO degree required.
• Must be patient-centered, passionate about their work, optimistic, and energized.
• Must be innovative, adaptable, efficient and function effectively with both team and solution-oriented mindsets.
• Must be ethical and honest.
• Must be comfortable giving/receiving direct, developmental feedback and accountable to goals, deliverables, and overall performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Vitreoretinal Surgeon within a renowned group.
• Build and grow a patient practice.
• Engage in clinical research and education.
• Collaborate with clinical teams including scribes, photographers, and ophthalmic technicians.
• Utilize essential diagnostic and treatment equipment.
• Perform surgeries in equipped operating rooms with skilled staffing.
• Participate in clinical trials, with opportunities to serve as principal investigator.
• Develop referral relationships and build practice.
• Participate in collaborative surgical skills review and mentorship.
