About The Position
Retina Position with Spokane Eye Clinic! Full-time Vitreoretinal Surgery position with renowned practice, Spokane Eye Clinic. Join our thriving and growing group of 26 Providers (16 MD, 10 OD) including 6 Retina Surgeons, 4 Glaucoma, 4 Cornea, Comprehensive and Pediatrics, and enjoy an established patient base and busy practice in your first year. Onsite ASC and Laser Center. As part of a nationally recognized vertically integrated network, our retina practices have a history of excellent patient care, clinical research, and education. We have the best of academia mixed with the best of private practice.
Requirements
- Full-time Vitreoretinal Surgery position
- Established patient base and busy practice
- Doctor-centric clinical teams (scribes, photographers, and ophthalmic technicians).
- Essential diagnostic and treatment equipment in every location.
- Ready access to operating rooms equipped with modernized systems and skilled staffing.
- Collaborative surgical skills review and mentorship.
- Effective guidance on referral relationship development and practice building.
- Physician-led administrative team, focused on strategic growth and brand marketing, with an eye on securing the future.
