About The Position
Direct Demo is hiring a part-time sales representative for the Longmont Costco location to promote Qunol and Zena nutritional supplements, including Supergreens, Creatine D3/K2 Gummies, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, Magnesium, and Turmeric products. Representatives are trained to demonstrate product features, benefits, and value and encourage sales. Available demo hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; all days are available, with Saturday and Sunday identified as the best commission days. The role is described as suitable for people seeking supplemental income. Compensation starts at $24 per hour, plus a bonus for surpassing sales quotas. Employment is W-2. The company provides a promotional kit and biweekly pay by direct deposit.
Requirements
- Outgoing personality and ability to approach and talk to customers.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Experience with direct sales.
- Email and basic computer or mobile-device skills.
- Ability to lift and carry an approximately 20-pound, 2-by-4-foot folding table from the parking lot to the store and back to the car.
- Ability to carry products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials to and from the car.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision as the only team member at the location.

Responsibilities
- Approach and interact with Costco members to promote brands provided by suppliers.
- Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco.
- Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
- Regularly check for messages about scheduling and other communications from the manager.
- Be available for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with the team and/or regional manager.
- Carry the folding table, products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials between the car and the store at the beginning and end of each shift.
