The Visual Merchandising Specialist reports to the Assistant General Manager and assists store leadership with merchandise presentations, planogram integrity, visual & seasonal displays, and in-store signage. This role will also collaborate with Base Camp Visual Managers on all aspects of in-store visual projects. The specialist will ensure that company brand standards are maintained at the highest level and will be a key team member in the planning and set-up of local and major retail events. Responsibilities include ensuring customer-facing merchandise meets visual merchandising directives, assisting with product displays, executing endcap planograms, seasonal events, promotional sets, and in-store signage compliance across various departments. The role also involves assembly of vendor displays, maintaining daily display standards, and assisting in training department staff on merchandising skills and the company's online communication portal. A basic working knowledge of computers and Microsoft programs is required, along with the ability to work flexible hours, including before and/or after business hours.
