About The Position

Ben Bridge Jeweler, a company with over 110 years of history and a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, is seeking a qualified Visual Merchandising Manager for its corporate office in Downtown Seattle. The company specializes in timepieces and jewelry, aiming to provide customers with a quality experience and build lifelong relationships. This role is crucial for leading the design and execution of visual merchandising initiatives across all 32 store locations, ensuring a consistent and elevated in-store experience that aligns with brand standards. The manager will oversee project execution, vendor partnerships, and store communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 4+ years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or related field
  • Background in luxury retail or brand-led environments
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools
  • Working knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp or similar)
  • Experience supporting store environments at scale across multiple locations
  • Strong project management experience within a creative or retail environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience working with external vendors and managing production processes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Solutions-oriented with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage with a sense of urgency
  • Willingness to advocate on behalf of the company with vendors as it relates to pricing and timelines

  • Graphic design experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead concept development and execution of seasonal window displays and in-store visual programs
  • Manage end-to-end visual merchandising projects from concept through rollout, including timelines, production, and distribution
  • Partner cross-functionally to align visual direction with marketing campaigns and brand priorities
  • Serve as primary point of contact for vendors (print, fabrication, floral, etc.), managing production, quality control, and delivery
  • Develop and communicate clear visual merchandising directives to stores; support execution and troubleshooting
  • Support store openings and remodels with tailored visual programs
  • Oversee inventory of visual assets, packaging, and display materials; manage ordering, reordering, and quality control
  • Maintain organization of visual merchandising storage, assets, and processes
  • Track vendor invoices and support operational workflows
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and execution across projects and processes
