The Visual Merchandising Manager, Field is responsible for driving consistent, high-quality execution of visual merchandising standards across The Children’s Place store fleet. This role brings the brand’s visual strategy to life by ensuring stores execute outfitting, promotional messaging, and product presentation in an engaging, easy-to-shop, and commercially effective way. Partnering closely with the Director, Visual Merchandising, Field, this role translates seasonal direction into clear, actionable guidance for store teams. With a strong focus on field presence, the Visual Merchandising Manager reinforces standards, and ensures all visual directives are executed accurately, on time, and in alignment with the brand’s value-driven, high-volume retail model.
