About The Position

The Visual Merchandising Coordinator supports the execution of visual merchandising communications and training across all North America channels, including Outlet, Lifestyle, Power Center, Full Price, and Wholesale. This role focuses on asset production, CAD management, and design support, partnering cross-functionally to gather inputs and prepare deliverables for floorsets, training materials, and seasonal updates. The Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and well-organized execution.

Requirements

  • Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Excel
  • Working knowledge of MockShop and/or SketchUp Pro preferred
  • Exceptionally strong organizational skills, including ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and proactive approach

Responsibilities

  • Manages and maintains the product CAD library for the VM department, supporting all channels
  • Partners with Buyers to produce and update product CADs to support 3D floorset renderings and seasonal deliverables
  • Supports the execution of 3D floorset renderings, including file preparation and accuracy checks
  • Coordinates and supports mock store photography and photo decks
  • Executes graphic design requests in support of floorset materials, training courses, and communication needs
  • Assists in the preparation of seasonal and weekly VM documents to ensure timely delivery
  • Partners cross-functionally to gather inputs and support the execution of assigned visual merchandising deliverables
  • Supports ongoing process improvements related to asset organization, file management, and workflow efficiency
