We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator with a hands-on, detail-oriented mindset to join the US Calvin Klein Fragrance team. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role will play a key part in executing both short- and long-term brand priorities. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting an iconic global brand within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. THE ROLE As Marketing Coordinator , you are responsible for supporting the US marketing team in driving brand growth through best-in-class execution across product launches, merchandising, events, and digital campaigns. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Events, E-commerce, and Global teams to ensure seamless delivery of key initiatives. Your main focus: Marketing Operations & Execution Own and maintain the US launch calendar, ensuring key milestones and deliverables stay on track Support the Senior Marketing Manager (SMM) in preparing retailer presentations, including content updates, product needs, and meeting logistics Support the SMM in building launch trackers, compiling performance recaps, and preparing competitive reviews and trend insights Partner with Global and local teams to manage requests and ensure flawless program execution Gain hands-on exposure to budget management, including tracking Purchase Orders and spend reconciliation Innovation & Commercial Readiness Contribute to ideation of innovative marketing tactics that support retailer partners Assist in creating one-pagers for innovation launches to support Sales and Trade Marketing Track commercial readiness timelines and coordinate updates across Global and local teams Digital, Merchandising, & Asset Coordination Coordinate asset updates and approvals with Global and local teams Collaborate with ECOM partners to ensure best-in-class digital brand presence, including banners, PDP enhancements, and campaign assets Review and submit Visual Merchandising (VM) briefs and artwork for accuracy (product info, pricing, and brand standards). Eventing & Consumer Activations Support the development and execution of the brand’s eventing menu and activation roadmap Partner with the Events team to bring innovative concepts to life with accurate, timely execution Cross-functional & Business Support Manage product inventory and requests for internal teams, events, and external partners Maintain and update cross functional documents including seasonal sell books and innovation trackers Support the development of briefs to inform Global teams on local market needs Working for Coty means our people make us who we are.
