About The Position

La DoubleJ is seeking a freelance Visual Merchandiser based in Dallas to support its Visual Merchandising team in executing the brand’s creative vision across retail spaces in the U.S. The role works closely with the Milan-based Visual Merchandising team to ensure consistent, premium product presentation and a strong in-store brand identity. The position supports seasonal strategies, store activations, and events, and requires availability to travel.

Requirements

• Strong visual sense and attention to detail, with a luxury retail sensibility.
• Proactive and flexible, with the ability to work in dynamic retail environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Previous visual merchandising experience, preferably in fashion or luxury.
• Sense of style.
• Based in the U.S., in Dallas.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with design or reporting tools other than PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of seasonal visual merchandising strategies in line with brand guidelines.
• Implement visual concepts in stores according to headquarters instructions and timelines.
• Collaborate with the Milan Visual Merchandising department and merchandising team to maintain visual consistency.
• Create detailed photo reports following store visits.
• Support store teams as needed to ensure alignment with global visual merchandising direction.
• Provide visual merchandising support for trunk shows, pop-ups, seasonal store activations, and events.
• Travel as needed.
