About The Position

The Visual Manager is responsible for maintaining high visual standards in the home furnishings industry and creating an engaging showroom presentation for Arhaus products. The role helps create the Arhaus Furniture customer experience, handles weekly store transfers, and works with management to maintain satisfactory inventory levels. The position is based at the Park City store.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently with little supervision and be self-motivated.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Clear communication with other departments.
• Some work experience or knowledge in faux finishing and specialty painting.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Willingness to work extended hours as needed.
• Ability to move furniture independently around the showroom.
• Ability to operate most building tools and equipment.
• Comfort using a ladder.
• Intermediate computer literacy.

Nice To Haves

• Previous creative or visual merchandising experience.
• Experience creating floor plans.
• A college degree or job experience in a related field, such as merchandising, floral design, graphic design, or set/stage design.
