About The Position

For over 25 years, FASTSIGNS of Englewood has been a part of the Englewood community and we're looking for someone to join our team as our Visual Communications Specialist. At FASTSIGNS Englewood, we've worked very hard to create a culture that is customer-focused while also having fun with our team. This has allowed us to become a million dollar plus center that while retaining amazing team members that get the job done. Jason, our Production Manager, is a wealth of knowledge and has the technical ability to get even the most complicated job done. Our Account Manager, Megan, has been with us for the last seven years and knows many of our customers by name and how to quickly brighten a team member's day. When we're not working hard, our team enjoys team-building activities like supporting a local restaurant for happy hour, holding a "backyard" barbeque behind our center, or challenging each other to Mario Kart on the N64 during retro game night. We also reward hitting/exceeding goals with a cash bonus to each team member. Our team is most excited about our new space that we moved into at the beginning of 2022. It offers 2,000 more square feet of work space, new equipment updates, and an expanded vehicle wrap bay. Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years in a customer service, sales, or project management role is preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior sign and graphics experience is a bonus!

Responsibilities

  • Being a positive, outgoing, and enthusiastic individual who loves being the idea person for your clients.
  • Being organized to ensure that your customers' needs are being met in a timely manner.
  • Presenting a helpful and professional image to your clients.
  • Being the primary person who is answering phones, responding to email inquiries, and assisting clients who visit our center in person.
  • Visiting your client's place of business to survey for sign placement, measurements, and to help suggest solutions when needed.
  • Offering creative solutions to customers' visual communications challenges.
  • Assisting with keeping our center tidy and organized to create a tour-ready environment for visitors.
  • Writing estimates, suggesting solutions, and processing orders for your clients.
  • Managing your projects through all phases of the process (estimating, follow-up, design, permitting, production, quality control, and installation/delivery). Design, production, and installation are completed by members of our Production Team with the direction of the Visual Communications Specialist.
  • Opening and closing duties for the center.
  • Being flexible within an ever-changing industry. There is always something new to learn and every day is different!
  • Working together with other team members who may need assistance.
