About The Position

FASTSIGNS is hiring for a Visual Communications Specialist to join our team! This role will serve as the Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative. It offers significant growth possibilities, including opportunities to advance to Branch Manager, Outside Sales, and Graphic Design roles. We encourage individuals with previous experience in wait staff, waitress, waiters, and waitstaff positions to apply. This position involves being the initial point of contact for current and prospective customers, preparing estimates, implementing work orders, and ensuring timely delivery of finished products. The role also includes participating in daily team meetings, executing business and marketing plans, and contributing to the overall success of the FASTSIGNS Center. Communication with customers will occur through various channels including email, telephone, in-person interactions, and visits to their place of business. A key aspect of the role is building long-lasting relationships by converting prospects into long-term clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships
• Great listening and organization skills
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work

Nice To Haves

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders
• Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
• Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.
