About The Position

BathWorks of Michigan specializes in Jacuzzi® bath and shower remodeling, and we’re looking for a Customer Communications Specialist who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and hungry to grow. You’ll be a key part of the customer journey, guiding homeowners from contract signing through their one-day bath remodel and making sure they feel informed, supported, and excited about their project every step of the way.

Requirements

• Outgoing, people-first personality with strong communication skills
• Comfortable making and receiving phone calls throughout the day
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple customer projects at once
• A team player who takes ownership, follows through, and is hungry to learn and grow

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers by answering questions, providing updates, and being their go-to point of contact
• Keep projects moving by coordinating schedules, timelines, and important details
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Installation teams to create a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate project notes and follow-up so no detail gets missed
