About The Position

Join our HR Internal Communications team and help bring ideas to life through design. In this co-op/intern role, you’ll create engaging visuals that make HR programs and information easier for employees to understand. You’ll gain hands-on experience working on real projects while building your skills in presentation design, visual storytelling, and corporate branding.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• Basic skills in PowerPoint and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
• Interest in design, storytelling, and employee communications

Nice To Haves

• Experience with presentations or brand-related projects
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing presentations and visual content for HR initiatives
• Create graphics such as infographics, charts, and internal communication materials
• Help develop and maintain PowerPoint templates and branded assets
• Support internal campaigns, announcements, and employee communications
• Collaborate with HR and communications team members
• Incorporate feedback to improve designs
