About The Position
We are a tight-knit, laid-back team of 5 people who love what we do and don't take ourselves too seriously. We create cool visual content (SIGNS), and we need someone organized to help us keep the wheels turning. If you hate corporate jargon, micromanagement, and cold calling, you’ll fit right in. The role offers zero cold calling, a genuinely fun team environment where collaboration and laughter are encouraged, and autonomy with trust to do your job without hovering. Your main mission is to bridge the gap between our clients' ideas and our creative execution, serving as the organizational backbone of the team.
Requirements
- Obsessively detail-oriented
- Great communicator: Can chat with clients naturally on the phone and write emails that sound like a human wrote them.
- Visual sense: Understand the basics of visual communication to talk shop with clients and the design team.
- Reliable: Every person matters in a small team of 5.
Responsibilities
- Run the intake: Handle incoming phone calls and emails from clients who already want to work with us.
- Build estimates: Listen to what the client needs, figure out the scope, and put together accurate project estimates.
- Keep us on track: Ensure no detail slips through the cracks.
